Kristian has extensive experience in design and optimisation of monopile foundations for offshore wind turbines. He has performed the detailed design of foundations for Gunfleet Sands 3 and West of Duddon Sands offshore wind farms and acted as a lead engineer for several projects. Furthermore, Kristian has developed software used to conduct the detailed design of more than a thousand monopile foundations. The software has also been employed regularly to provide foundation input for bids and reassess existing foundations.
For many years Kristian was the main driver behind, and technically responsible for the optimisation efforts for monopile design in Ørsted, introducing novel design approaches and cutting costs significantly. Additionally, Kristian has authored primary steel technical documentation, design briefs and guidelines for the optimisation of monopile foundations.
Anders has 8 years of experience within the offshore wind industry and comes from a position as Senior Load Engineer at Ørsted.
Anders is an expert in aeroelastic modelling and load calculations related to design of offshore foundations and has a long track record in mathematical modelling and engineering software development.
Kenneth has 8 years of experience within the offshore wind industry focusing on development of new design methodologies and optimization of existing designs used for offshore structures.
Kenneth has a background as a specialist and a senior structural engineer at Ørsted. He uses his skills within finite element analysis and previous experience with technical development and quality improvement within fabrication and installation of offshore structures to contribute to savings and optimized solutions for our clients.
With a comprehensive understanding of structural dynamics from her recent courses at DTU, Caitlin brings valuable expertise to Venfluc. Her proficiency in coding, especially when evaluating finite element models in modal, damping, and vibration analyses, makes her a crucial addition to our development team.
Caitlin actively supports both our software development and consultancy teams, contributing her unique skills and knowledge to the improvement of our services.
Having an extensive understanding of solid mechanics, finite element methods, wind turbine aero-elasticity, and topology optimisation from his tenure at DTU, Rushil stands as a highly appreciated member of our team. Recognised for his outstanding academic talent, he has been honoured with the Certificate of Excellence and has also been the recipient of a scholarship.
Rushil's primary role is to strengthen our software development team, particularly in the pursuit of achieving fully automated design solutions.
